Canva is down but says it isn’t

Users across the globe are reporting that the popular online design platform Canva is down, leaving many unable to access their work. Despite numerous user complaints, Canva’s official status page currently indicates that all systems are operational.

Many people who use Canva are reporting that the service is not working. At the same time, Canva’s official status website says everything is fine. This has caused confusion for people who can’t access their designs.

A large number of users are posting on social media and the website Downdetector that Canva is having problems. They say the app and website won’t load, which stops them from getting their work done. Many are asking “is Canva down?” and sharing photos of the error screens.

However, if you check Canva’s own status page, it shows that there are no issues. This is confusing for users who are clearly having problems.

There is a simple reason for the different reports. Downdetector shows outages as soon as users report them. It can often take longer for a company to officially confirm a problem on its own website.

As of now, Canva has not released an official statement about the problems.
